Ryshon Jones unleashes another visual from his Basqui project, White Lines, produced by Sango. The visuals, shot and edited by Last Rights and Elephants Purple back in May, take us to a cemetery where we find the Philly emcee killing a memory, but still trying to recapture the feeling of a love lost. His new project In Theory is on the way and he says a new date will be announced soon, most likely after the next song is released. Look for the official In Theory documentary to follow as well.

Usually on your 21st birthday you’re the one receiving the gifts, mostly in the form of alcohol, celebrating your new independence in life with your closest friends and family. Then there’s Ryshon Jones, who’s never been one to shy away from doing the complete polar opposite of what society beg’s of you daily. This year he’s sharing his gift with you in the form of a new project, Life In esreveR, which has been the Philadelphia emcee’s opus over the past few months. Working with artists EQ, Chill Moody, Pate, Shinte, Rickie Jacobs and producers Talen Ted, DJ Semaj, Sango, Thelonious Martin, Rollin Mills, Danny Dee, Geo Sanchez, Mature & Austin Millz, Ryshon’s backwards journey all culminates here. Hit the jump for the tracklist. As always, enjoy.

Basqui? Yup, that’s what he’s calling it. It’s funny because up until yesterday the title to this one was the all-too-cliche Basquiat, named after the famed NYC artist. Was that really gonna be the name though, or was this Ryshon’s plan all along? Now I guess I understand the title a little more. I understand that we aren’t supposed to understand it. Much like a Basquiat painting itself, it all means something to the artist, but everyone has their own interpretations of what that meaning is. Still with me? Word! Now it’s time to recap everything the Philly emcee has created over the past few months, with a few added new masterpieces to an already extensive collection. With production from Rollin Mills, Talen Ted, Sango, Thelonious Martin & Lee Bannon, and features from Sean Falyon, Young Gliss and Benny Love, this one is sure to fit perfectly in your gallery. Hit the jump for the tracklist. Also do yourself a favor and cop yourself the first apparel release from Ryshon with his new “F Me” shirt, here. Enjoy.
