This collab is still so odd to me. On one side you have the flamboyant, bragadoucious, feelin’ myself raps of Birdman, Mack Maine and even Ace Hood, and then there’s Kendrick. A couple months back Birdman & Khaled revealed they had partnered up bringing the DJ to the YMCMB camp. It seems as if the whole family is involved as his imprint We The Best is now signed to the label, with his Ace Hood being the first to get the new push according to Birdman.
This is crazy! Khaled lost a lot after his bus went up into flames and exploded over the weekend, but he didn’t lose his life, which is what’s most important, obviously. When you put things into prespective, it could be a lot worse. He would turn the video camera on at a time like this. Ha! Ridiculous. Kiss The Ring, coming soon.
Is Kiss The Ring coming soon or something? *Ends sarcasm* Seriously though, no one is a bigger DJ Khaled fan than DJ Khaled, and as I’m sure you’ve heard him say, “Kiss The Ring is coming soon!” It sounds like it has everything it needs to be a hit. Watch above as Just Blaze puts his touch on the upcoming project.
That Wu-Block tape is definitely on the way. Everyone from The LOX/D-Block camp seems to be back to doing what we love best. Sheek rides solo over Yeezy & Khaled’s, Way Too Cold. This won’t be the last we hear of this beat or Louch.

I for once agree with Lil’ Wayne, who said Hip-Hop POV is vital to the culture. It’s nice to have a show on a major network that revolves around the way the game is today, because it’s a lot different than it was even just a few years ago. It’s almost like a live round table blog. I’d love to be a part of something like this some day. Peep last nights episode with Iggy Azalea, Lil’ Wayne, Future, DJ Khaled and more. Oh, and note to MTV, DON’T CANCEL THIS SHOW!
