Advertising Policies

Advertisements must contain the advertiser’s name or URL.
Ad may not mimic news story listings – this includes using similar page colors, fonts, and numbered listings, or the use of the word “listing” in the creative (*) or otherwise fall under one or more categories of “Prohibited Content” set forth below.
Ad may not mimic the look and feel of page content.
Ad may not use fake search boxes.
All HTML, .gif, .jpg and simple rich media* creative formats are permitted on the basis that bombonem.com deems that it performs correctly.
Drop down menus should be limited to no more than 53 options.
Ad’s cannot launch new browser windows when served.
Ad’s cannot launch multiple browser windows upon click.
After clicking on an ad unit, users must be able to return to bombonem.com by clicking on the browser’s “back” button.
Up to 50 characters of Alt Text are permitted.

bombonem.com reserves the right to reject any Ad.

(*) Simple Rich Media is defined as:

HTML formatting code (table tags, image tags, fonts, etc.)
Forms (text boxes, drop down menus, radio buttons, etc.)
Image Maps
Flash
JavaScript used in conjunction with HTML forms only
Deceptive Advertising Policy
bombonem.com does not permit advertisements that mislead the user. Ads may not contain fake buttons, boxes, or downloading messages, and ads may not use fake search boxes or pull down menus.

Prohibited Advertisements

The following content is not permissible for advertisements:
1.Advertisements offering free services, such as free email, free voicemail or free greetings;
2.Advertisements redirecting users to personal homepages or free homepage services;
3.Advertisements promoting chat rooms, instant messaging products or message boards;
4.Advertisements containing “emblems of death” such as skull & crossbones, excluding Halloween banners during the appropriate season;
5.Advertisements containing search boxes, real or otherwise;
6.Advertisements requiring input of personal information (ex. name and email address), such as contests or surveys; and
7.Advertisements with sexual, substance, gambling, or violent overtones
bombonem.com shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether or not any particular ad falls under one or more of these categories.
