Basqui? Yup, that’s what he’s calling it. It’s funny because up until yesterday the title to this one was the all-too-cliche Basquiat, named after the famed NYC artist. Was that really gonna be the name though, or was this Ryshon’s plan all along? Now I guess I understand the title a little more. I understand that we aren’t supposed to understand it. Much like a Basquiat painting itself, it all means something to the artist, but everyone has their own interpretations of what that meaning is. Still with me? Word!
