Cudder hits us via twitter with the first material from his newest venture 2 Be Continuum which is one half himself, one half Dot Da Genius. This should land on WIZARD, which will be the groups debut album dropping later this summer. I’m definitely interested to see what this duo continue to bring to us, and how the fans take to this project. Maybe he shouldn’t have stopped smoking Mary. I’m just sayin’! This is definitely different and very dark. You tell me if that’s a good or bad thing.
I recently had a chance to sit down with Atlantadelphian (Atlanta/Philly for you slow cat’s out there) artist STS aka Sugar Tounge Slim. After the interview, I ran into DJ Green Lantern at Tree Sound Studios and ended up chopping it up on some good old fashion Hip-Hop talk. Afterwards, one thing led to another and around 2 am, Green showcased some beats for STS. Talk about bangers! Y’all truly are not ready for what Green Lantern has in his possesion. That is for a different day though. STS ended up taking home some of these heat rocks, so I guess we will have to wait and see if anything comes out of this. We were also blessed by super-producer/engineer, and the face of 3 Little Digs, Groove Chambers presence. All in all a crazy night that just might produce your new favorite song.
Big shouts to Jason “Jah” Lee, STS, DJ Green Lantern and Groove Chambers! Stay tuned for my interview with STS and a major announcement involving myself and DJ Green Lantern.

This mixtape is dope. Plain and simple. I had a chance to preview this tape when I was in the studio interviewing front man Kyle Lucas a few weeks ago, and I was blown away. I’ve been waiting for this to drop since the minute I left. Not only is this refreshing, this music has really never been done before. Well, not in the sense that they cover some of the recent classics the music industry has offered us, but in the sense that you have people like D. Woods, Theo Martins, Big Boi, Tony Williams, Naledge, Aleon Craft, STS, Syd Vicious, Machine Gun Kelly and much much more.
Purple Ribbon’s Vonnegutt is set to hit a city near you this summer on the Vans Warped Tour. I promise you, my homie Shake, who is responsible for introducing most of the world to Kyle Lucas and Vonnegutt, will a test to that fact that if you nap on this, you are missing out!
Stay tuned for my two part interview with Kyle Lucas coming this week. Enjoy.

Who didn’t see this coming at some point? Eventually Beans had to make things right his Hov, because you know the industry wasn’t messin’ with him otherwise. Smart move Mr. Siegel. Here is an excerpt from his recent interview with XXL.
“What Mike Epps say? ‘Gangstas fuck up too,’” Sigel exclusively told XXLMag.com over the phone, while in his native Philadelphia today (May 31). “Whatever I felt this dude Jay did wrong to me, it can’t outweigh the one thing he did do for me – he gave me an opportunity. Dude gave me an opportunity. A lot of people don’t get opportunities. He gave me that. That outweighs everything. I need that in black and white. I got caught in the moment and put my feelings out there. I should have never done that.”
106th and Park let this one go on today’s episode, so you know Yardie was ready to capture the beauty that is Ri-Ri. Man Down is the latest single off the platinum album LOUD, in stores everywhere.
Miami must of been like a Hip-Hop convention this weekend. I guess I should of hopped the plane from ATL to MIA it seems. Dah well, the visuals will do for now. Also, check out Rae on Vast Aire’s new song off his upcoming album Ox 2010: A Street Odyssey.

These two teams met in 2006 with the Heat, behind Shaq and D-Wade, capturing the title in 6 games. This time around The Diesel is gone, but King James and Chris Bosh are on the squad and have taken their talent’s, along with the rest of the Heat, all the way back to the NBA Finals.
On the flip side, Mark Cuban’s always underachieving Dallas Mavericks have gotten incredible MVP type play out of Dirk Novitzki, and with their deep bench game on lock, they are poised to not let “The Big 3″ take another one away from them.
Who ya got? I say the title returns to Miami in an epic 7 game series.
It all starts tonight at 9 EST on ABC!
Peter Parker wasn’t done when we got the Budden interview earlier. Here he links up with Royce and speaks on his upcoming collaborative Bad Meets Evil project with Eminem and Joey possibly signing a solo deal to Shady.
